I worry about the craftsmanship of this vehicle when the shark fin antenna cover detached during a routine car wash on my 4-month-old Prologue. What followed was a deeply frustrating service experience. Scheduling was misleading. I was told I had an appointment, but upon arrival learned it was only to "start the process" of determining availability, since only four technicians in the department are qualified to work on the Prologue. No one communicated this upfront. I was then told that most of the team leaves at 5 so it might need to stay overnight. The repair quote exceeded $1,000 with little explanation. Communication throughout was poor. Texts went unanswered, questions about the exact scope of work were ignored, and I was sent a payment link before receiving any breakdown of charges. When I picked up the vehicle, the replacement antenna unit was black, not Seashore Pearl to match my car. The explanation given was that the Prologue is a GM platform and parts ordering is more difficult as a result, an unacceptable reason for ordering and installing a visibly mismatched part without checking first. I was continually told how complicated these vehicles are and I need to hope that the ceiling liner never gets damaged because it will take more than 14 hours of service labor and at that point you should almost get a new car. The text messaging system your department uses does not reliably receive customer messages or photos, which compounded every communication failure in this process. I stood there with Tristan and showed them my sent messages that they never received. Rod was the only team member who made a genuine effort to help. He even struggled to get other departments to answer the phone when he called. This experience has shaken my confidence in this vehicle and this dealership. We have had positive experiences with driving our Honda Pilot but have also been unable to get return calls or emails about using our scratch warranty. But if this is what Prologue ownership looks like, it gives us serious pause. This was our first experience with your service department. More

Excellent Being a man of few words I thought saying the service I received was excellent would say all that need saying. The service was excellent. The floors are clean. Before I started booking with Tristan, I was consistently having terrible experiences at Norm Reeves. Technicians weren’t providing details, my concerns were brushed off, communication was lacking, and at times I felt I wasn’t being treated well. It became a frustrating cycle. I finally decided to book exclusively with Tristan — and the last three services have been genuinely pleasant. He’s always happy to see me. I’m sure he sees countless customers every day, but you would never know it. He shows up with genuine enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to serve. That goes a long way.
