Norman Reeves Service Dept and rep Richard Sanchez did an excellent job of taking care of my Honda Pilot repair. It involved receiving a part for the repair and we were continually kept up to date on stat an excellent job of taking care of my Honda Pilot repair. It involved receiving a part for the repair and we were continually kept up to date on status of repair. Our repair was expedited ; Richard, the service dept and dealership took care of us above and beyond. We were from out of town and Richard understood our stranded situation. We will never buy any car but Honda and utilize Norman Reeves dealership for our next car and our daughter’s family next car.
