Horrible experience - came in to sell my vehicle from Kelly Blue Book quote and was then given the run around by Dan Smith who was incredibly rude. When i questioned why the appraisal they gave me was m Kelly Blue Book quote and was then given the run around by Dan Smith who was incredibly rude. When i questioned why the appraisal they gave me was much lower than the one from kelly blue book the sales rep went to talk to him. Without coming over to introduce himself or anything, he just yelled from across the floor that the bearings were bad and that i had to have known that. When another sales rep tried to work a compromise, he shot it down and said no thru him still not even bothering to come over to talk to me. Guess he was too good to talk to a customer. Would never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone. Do not trust their advertisements that they will pay cash offer for kelly blue book as they just want to get you in the door and try to undercut you. .Worst part, they make you come back multiple days later to get your check - they won't pay you on the spot again despite the advertisements in the building.
