Recently purchased a brand new 2022 Honda CRV Hybrid that we ordered and waited about 4 months for. Within 2 months the car broke down. They have now had our car for over 2 months waiting for a part. Have ha we ordered and waited about 4 months for. Within 2 months the car broke down. They have now had our car for over 2 months waiting for a part. Have had to little to no communication about the repairs or ETA. We have received lots of broken promises and excuses. I constantly have to call to ask for updates. Getting a loaner vehicle from them was like pulling teeth. Their sales department was super friendly and helpful during the buying process. Their service department has been nothing but a nightmare as far as customer service and help. We will be looking at options for a different vehicle or refund as they have now had our new car just as long as we have. An absolute nightmare. More
