I have bought 3 Hondas from here! Jim, Yvette and Tristian took great care of me with my trade in and moving into a family suv! Very easy and fast trade in process! Vehicle came witho Jim, Yvette and Tristian took great care of me with my trade in and moving into a family suv! Very easy and fast trade in process! Vehicle came without jack and new tire may have had a defect. Got a flat on hwy to the rim. Replaced with a new tire and jack. Sensor was out in restraint/air bag in one of the rows or passenger seat. My husband was in the passenger seat during the flat. Not sure if the sensor is defective there or in the back 2 rows. Have it back now a couple weeks later and it looks brand new. Was a scary incident with no jack but was taken care of well by Jim and Tristian and well as Mike I believe. 4th vehicle now! We purchased a used f150 from Jim and everything was taken care of! Jim is awesome and I highly recommend the used department and service department! The inspection department was not w handled well but everybody else took care of the first suv we purchased as a family and my husbands new to us truck! More
