As always I experience great service and care. Elizabeth French is the most professional service writer I have ever worked with. She is also extremely knowledgeable in job. Elizabeth is also the most informative service writer I have worked with. She keeps completely up to date on all work being performed. Not only do I recommend Norm Reeves as a whole but recommend Elizabeth to be included with the sale of any new or used car as a technical advisor to any buyer. Her knowledge is that deep.
