Called Honda dealership and I was able set up an appointment for service while on the way to dealership. Luis Rojo met me as I pulled into the service department and my vehicle was serviced for an appointment for service while on the way to dealership. Luis Rojo met me as I pulled into the service department and my vehicle was serviced for an alignment, oil change, and tire rotation all of which was done in less time than the one and one half hour time limit given. Very satisfied with Luis Rojo and his excellent customer service as he went over all work performed and explained what each green check mark meant. I would recommend Norm Reeves Honda for all who want great service in a timely manner!!! They have the staff and knowledge to get the job done the first time!!! More
