We drove over from Dallas to look at a Pre-Owned Pilot and were greeted by Gustavo. The vehicle we came for was still being prepped to show but he brought it around anyway so we could look at it. This vehicle in question was not a good fit but he suggested another one they had. He brought that around and took a lot of time showing us the vehicle, explaining all the features and benefits it had to offer. We did not feel rushed or pressured in any way throughout the whole process, and were very impressed not only with his knowledge and helpfulness but the dealership's attention to COVID safety measures. We ended up buying the second vehicle we saw and felt the price, given the current market for used vehicles, was very fair and competitive with the many others we'd seen. We were also offered a very good value for an old trade in we had. Our experience with Gus was wonderful, and the same can be said about Alex Golbuff in Finance. Smooth, well-explained and thorough process, and we left very happy in a new-to-us vehicle that is sure to last many years for our family. Would 100% recommend friends and family make the drive to see the folks at Huggins Honda. More
