Exceptional Customer Service! A++ from start to finish. I am a car junkie and get a new car every 2 years. My past 8 vehicles have all been Nissan and all purchased from the same dealership which always I am a car junkie and get a new car every 2 years. I had my eye on the Honda Civic for the past 4 years and decided to try something new. Let me say I was not disappointed. I live on the opposite side of town than Huggins but, the closer Honda dealership didn't have what I was looking for in stock so I decided to reach out to Huggins after finding what I wanted in their online inventory. The service was exceptional from the beginning to end. I contacted them via the web and was emailed within minutes and followed-up with a phone call from the dealership. I scheduled an appt. for the weekend and worked with Stephen Bennett and George in Finance. Both of these gentlemen were class acts! Absolutely no games on price or finance options. Very transparent and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The service I received here should be the model that other dealerships use to train their employees. Great experience, outstanding service and wonderful staff from everyone I encountered. Shout out to Stephen Bennett for a wonderful job and George in Finance. Keep it up guys!
