I was in the market to buy 2021 Civic Type R LE Phoenix Yellow. Contacted Salesman Romah Pugh, I was told by Romah that Huggins Honda Dealership is expecting to get 2 cars when it releases. That time I was Yellow. Contacted Salesman Romah Pugh, I was told by Romah that Huggins Honda Dealership is expecting to get 2 cars when it releases. That time I was told, I was the only one interested in buying and the very first in line. I was advised to put money down to secure my spot. I deposited $500 on May 5, 2020 via credit card. Unfortunately, salesman Romah Pugh left the Huggings Honda and moved to Honda of Denton. My purchase reservation was re-assigned to salesman Oliver Rose at Huggins. On September 2, 2020 I called Oliver Rose to follow up and get an update. I was told by Oliver that I am not the first person anymore who put money down for the 2021 Civic Type R LE. I was told that they are going to refund my money back because somebody is now ahead of me in line and now has a very slim chance of buying the car. I got refunded on September 5, 2020 of my $500. Hence, this review. More
