I want to say thank you to Huggins Honda here in North Richland Hills. Came to Texas 2 yrs ago with nothing. Started working and I knew I needed a vehicle. Walked in was greeted and taken care of in such Richland Hills. Came to Texas 2 yrs ago with nothing. Started working and I knew I needed a vehicle. Walked in was greeted and taken care of in such a professional manner. You were able to get me into a vehicle and worked really hard in doing so. I am a happy customer. I want to thank Tim Keller in service department for always being kind respectful and a good listener to my concerns. He takes to heart and really cares about customer service he is a blessing & I truly appreciate that. That is why I continue to get my service here. Condescending and downright difficult to do business with I have bought 11 new Honda vehicles is recent years, many of them from this dealership without issue. However, that is no longer the case. I have ma I have bought 11 new Honda vehicles is recent years, many of them from this dealership without issue. However, that is no longer the case. I have made numerous attempts to speak with a salesperson for a new purchase and two lease deals for my business...all without success. I ended up buying an Odyssey last week from Honda of Denton because Huggins just couldn't get their act together and NONE of the contacts from Costco were available or called me back. I did get a new Pilot in July and ended up having to go by the dealership to get my plates because no one on the phone could find them! I finally spoke to sales manager Dan Smith, who found them and said he would take care of me as I was on the way. I arrive and get the envelope of plates. When I point out they've had my plates since July 20th, and no one ever called or emailed me. Dan responded with "it's only August 10th". Dude - that's THREE WEEKS and my temporary tags are EXPIRED! He then tries to blame it on my salesman leaving. I told him it was very bad management that he didn't have a process in place for handoff of customers when people leave. He didn't have a response for that. When I told him on the call before the sales guy hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager he just asked for the guys name and phone number. Wow. Even tho Dan said he would assist me with a quote for the two new vehicles, he pawned me off on Steven Bennett, who thought it was acceptable to just leave me sitting in his office for extended periods of time alone. I finally took the plates off his desk (which he said he would install) and just walked out. I outlined my expectations up front, they knew what I needed coming in, and they still treated me like this. They already lost one sale, and will now lose two more (just in this quarter)! In this day and age I can get quotes almost instantly online and have my car delivered, without any hassles (which Honda of Denton did for me with the Odyssey). If I make the effort to come into the dealership, don't leave me sitting in the office like a reprimanded child - I already told you I don't have time for that! Don't promise me you can do everything I asked for but fail to deliver. More
