I felt compelled to this time, as I've ALWAYS had a great service experience at Huggins, but last week, had a great sales experience. I finally retired my Accord of 12 years, not because there was anything wrong with it... it probably would've gone for another at least 8 years without a mechanic hiccup, but just because it was time. I LOVED THAT car. I had just left the clowns at John Eagle where they wasted my time (in person) and started tacking all these fees onto what I thought was a negotiated deal over the phone. Frustrated, and kinda underwhelmed by the color of THAT Accord there, and knowing there was a virtually identical Accord in a "better" color at Huggins, but NOT having spoken to them, I drove over in rush hour just to see the Huggins car in person. Joe H was GREAT. He valued my time. There were no games. There were no surprise add-on fees. In fact, their starting price in negotiation was better than the best I could do at John Eagle, before they let me walk out the door! Serves me right for going to a Honda dealership next to an Aston Martin and across the street from McLaren dealerships. Arrived at Huggins around 4:30, off the lot driving home in my new car at 6:45pm. BOOM! Needless to say, all my service will be at Huggins too! No matter where you are in the 'plex, don't sign and buy until you've given Huggins a shot! More
