The car was clean, full of fuel and no pressure sales. I wanted to pay cash at a specific price point and they used my trade-in to make it happen. There was no pressure to finance (rare these days). I was in and out in about an hour or so. They also agreed to touch up some nicks in the back and provide new floor mats that had been lost in transition. Great experience! Great experience. I've somewhat always been hesitant of dealerships (high costs, uncomfortable waiting rooms, weird service advisors, etc), but this last time I finally have decided: I'm staying with Huggi dealerships (high costs, uncomfortable waiting rooms, weird service advisors, etc), but this last time I finally have decided: I'm staying with Huggins. The guy I worked with was absolutely over-the-top wonderful. I wish I could personally give him an extra bonus. He was so kind and considerate and he communicated with me every step of the way. The work on my car was exceptional and I didn't get that dreaded phone call about a stripped screw or something falling off. I will be needing more work in the future on my car (hate you, I-35) but I don't mind it so much because this place puts me more at ease than anywhere else. My car was done by the estimated time - that's never happened before at any Honda dealership. I appreciate all the time and effort that went into my car today. More

I visited my usual Salesman, Oliver Rose, at Huggins Honda and leased a brand new CR-V. He has helped me through SEVERAL vehicle leases and purchases and my entire family goes to Honda just to work wit Honda and leased a brand new CR-V. I’ve never seen Mr. Rose outside of Huggins Honda, but as a loyal employee I truly feel like he is an extended part of my family. There are other makes of cars I would be willing to try, but I continuously return to Huggins Honda because of the amazing customer service I receive. After leaving the dealership I ran over a piece of wood on the highway resulting in a flat in my brand new tire before I even made it home. Vu, in the service department, went above and beyond to help me find the answers that I knew weren't in his realm of expertise regarding the maintenance package I purchased. Definitely one of the nicest and most helpful people I've dealt with in the service department at Huggins Honda. These two men have helped me so much, and I now have a new “go to” service member that I will ask for during future visits. More
