My best friend and I went there a few days ago. And this mans service was horrible. First of all he told us that the appointment we made with him a few days prior was cancelled and they called us. NOONE fro mans service was horrible. First of all he told us that the appointment we made with him a few days prior was cancelled and they called us. NOONE from Honda called ! Secondly he took us in with 3 kids promising the diagnose would take 5 minutes. It took him an hour and a half , for him to tell us it was a gas cap. They didn’t even connect it to the machine and read the check engine light ! Then had such an attitude with us about it all and told him to call him the next day to reschedule an appointment! Yup never going back there... horrible customer service. More
