My experience was a positive and pleasant one. The employees were very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, answering my questions to my satisfaction. But most importantly were their customer service skills which kept me updated on the services being rendered on my car and was engaging during the entire process. As a customer, integrity is vital in building my trust in wanting to be a returning customer. The cost is important to me as well. And the environment of the waiting area was very comfortable and provided me with those things that help past the time while one wait, like TV to watch, different magazines to read, soft music to listen to, vending machine with lots of goodies to choose from, outlets to charge personal electronic devices and a clean restroom.
