Brad was responsive, courteous, prompt, and professional during the entire buying process. We receive an introduction to the truck and test drive with Alex...he was knowledgeable, thorough, and eager to help. The internet sales director, Romah Pugh, was reasonable, fair, and honest with us during each phase of this transaction. We have purchased many vehicles over the past 45 years...and this buying experience was superb! Before you purchase a new Honda, I highly recommend you give this dealership a look! More
INTERNET SALES ALL-STAR- BRAD MOORE (HONEST/NO PRESSURE) Brad Moore and Romah Pugh were simply fantastic. This is the first Honda Dealership in my metroplex that I've felt good about a purchase. When I left I didn't feel like I was pressured into the purchase, yet I really feel that I got the car that aligned with my needs for a fair price that the dealership when above and beyond to negotiate. They came in several thousands cheaper that McDavid Frisco Honda who has horrible sales practices. We were able to purchase our 2018 2.0 Manual Accord there and they had a healthy inventory of this highly coveted car. It was a true blessing working with these two gentlemen. Due to their service I am tempted to give their service department business as they have left a very positive impression on me. I really appreciate their honesty and am glad to have done business with this dealership. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! More
Maintenance Department Shady I brought my vehicle for a warranty work. They replaced an engine mount bding close to wearing out. I got my vehicle back the next day. I did a quick look over and found that they did not re attached an engine grounding wire, a safety issue, so ended wasting another day at the shop, a friend of mine took his truck in for an engine oil and filter change. After he looked at it he noticed the filter had the same grime and dirt on it, never been changed. Customers always look at what they worked on your vehicle and look for the obvious. Their maintenance department iis too shady. Its for your own saety More
Best Honda Salesperson ever--Mr. Oliver Rose I knew Huggins had the car I wanted (lots of research) but did they have the salesperson I would enjoy working with? Well I read in other reviews on this site that Oliver was knowledgeable, nice, and not pushy. So my husband and I asked for Oliver Rose when we arrived. Just like the other reviews said, he was so nice, knew so much about the car, and provided pricing without being at all pushy. He was a good listener and because the price was very competitive, we purchased that day. More

Great Car Buying Experience! Gus Rocks! We found the exact vehicle we were looking for (make, model, mileage, price) via a search on Cargurus.com. The car was located at Huggins Honda, whic We found the exact vehicle we were looking for (make, model, mileage, price) via a search on Cargurus.com. The car was located at Huggins Honda, which is located a little over 2 hours away from our home. I called the dealership to verify that they did indeed have the car, and spoke with Gus Rodriguez, Used Car Sales Representative. He located the vehicle on the lot, and texted multiple pics taken on his cell phone as proof of the existence of the car as we were not going to make the 2+ hour trip if the car was not available. So, we made an appointment for to meet Gus at the dealership in about 2 1/2 hours. He said they pulled the car around front and that he had informed the sales manager that we were driving the distance to see the car, which made us at ease that it wouldn't be sold before we could get there. Gus was immediately available to see us when we arrived, and took us out to see the car, which was exactly as had been portrayed on cargurus.com, the Huggins Honda website, and by Gus on the phone. Gus knew the features and operation of the car inside and out, every last detail, which was comforting to know that he knew everything about the product he was selling. Following a test drive, we made the decision to purchase the vehicle, and the remainder of the transaction was flawless and quite pleasant. We arrived at the dealership with our own, pre-approved financing, however, Gus suggested that we give them an opportunity to beat the deal we had previously been approved for, and we gladly heeded the suggestion...who doesn't like to save money? Sure enough, Eric (my apologies for not remembering the last name), Finance Manager, Huggins Honda, was able to get us a significantly lower interest rate, saving us a decent amount of money over the term of the loan. Eric was extremely polite and professional as well. The whole buying process couldn't have gone better. Being from out-of-town and not at all familiar with the Huggins Honda dealership, we were quite impressed with Huggins Honda. It's a full-blown, professional dealership that far exceeded our expectations, from the huge facility to the professional courtesy and care that we received. I wouldn't think twice about doing business with Huggins Honda again. The only issue we experienced was, after the sale, when we drove off the lot and onto the freeway, the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) warning light on the dash lit up. We stopped to check the tire pressures, but they all appeared to be just above the manufacturer's cold tire pressure recommendation as indicated on the driver's side door jam so, evidently, low tire pressure wasn't the issue. The TPMS will not come on as a result of over inflation. Being familiar with TPMS from other cars we own, we suspect that the service department failed to calibrate the TPMS on the tire that they previously replaced during their 182-point Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles inspection, and failed to verify that the calibration had been accomplished. The service technician that signed-off on the 182 Point Inspection Checklist was Zack Frausto, which states that all required reconditioning was performed. Gus also suspected that that was the case when we called him the following day to report the issue. So, now we will be inconvenienced by having to make an appointment with and take the car to our local Honda dealership to fix the issue, fortunately, under warranty. The issue did not reveal itself during our test drive as the TPMS does not monitor the tires when driving at low speeds, and we did not "push" the car during the test drive, staying on roads with speed limits below 40-45 mph. If we had not experience this issue, I would have no doubt given the dealership a full 5-star rating. 5 Stars to Gus and Eric for a professional and pleasurable buying experience. More

He made sure to keep me informed the whole time on what was going on and what to expect. I was trading in a Acura RDX that I leased, with Honda being the same company as Acura I knew a little bit, But Dan made sure to explain the Pilot to me and made sure I know how to operate the features that were knew to me. Greg Roye the Sales Director came out and introduced himself to us as well. I have bought and leased several vehicles in my life, but have not ever been treated this well. At Huggins you feel like family for sure. More
