I had to take in my car for a light repair in May 2019 ( granted i just bought this car from them in April 2019) well when picking up my vehicle from the light repair, I came back to a broken bumper and scratched hood! So again I had to leave my car to have it repaired due to THEIR carelessness. Then when going back to pick up my car after the bumper and hood was repaired, I came back to a BROKEN seat! SO again I had to leave my car so they can repair something that they BROKE due to THEIR carelessness. Finally I pick up my car everything is fixed but my seats are stained with dirt! I call the service manager to complain to simply vent and get some sort of apology for all the inconvenience & he treats me as if all these damages are my fault! I had to go back to fix the other light that had gone out July 2019 (which i told the service adviser back in MAY to replace both because the other appeared to be going out but Derrick brushed off my concern ) so I called before my visit to make sure the part was in stock & available and was told by Joseph that they did have the part so I scheduled an appt. I took time off from work just to find out the part was not available and i would have to leave the car overnight, something I could not do. I didn't want the repair done in a hurry because that's when mistakes happen but i did not want to bring it back for a 3rd time, i had to wait an additional 35 min. I tried to avoid all of this and it happened anyway due to the irresponsibility of the service employees! I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I came here as a recommendation, Never again! I even cancelled my service package just so I do not have to deal with these rude , lazy, irresponsible employees. More
Friendly Employees. Slow response and lack of communication. I came in for an airbag inflater recall. Huggins contacted me. Came in dropped off my car on a Thursday at 3:30, told him I needed an oil change as we I came in for an airbag inflater recall. Huggins contacted me. Came in dropped off my car on a Thursday at 3:30, told him I needed an oil change as well. He also told me they would wash and vacuum out my car. Cool, half a day to a day was what I was told. Friday came and went. No big deal they are probably slow. Saturday. Try to call my service advisor and no answer. Oh it's cool, I don't need my car over the weekend. Sunday morning I finally received a call that my vehicle will be ready some time Monday. So one call 2 full days after I was promised my vehicle back. Also, they did not wash or vacuum the vehicle. The actual inflater seemed to be rushed. The plastic was raised where the airbag section of the dash and glovebox meet. It easily pushed back in. More

I found a vehicle I was interested in and everything seemed to check out on the vehicle except the folding seats needed to be adjusted. I told him I would come back that evening with my wife. Rey said he would have the seats adjusted and ready for me. That evening we got a babysitter and headed to the dealership. They close at 9 and we arrived at 7:30. Rey was not there and the vehicle was locked up in the service department. No one called, texted, etc. so we got back in our car and made the 45 min trek back home. Not a very impressive experience. More

Liars and cheats They had a listing online for a 2008 used Lexus SC 430 which I was 90% sure I was going to buy. I flew in from out of town and committed to buying this one or one of a few in the area. The car was the best looking of all the others I saw with updated stereo and security. However, they screwed it all up. I had spoken to Rey a week prior to my arriving flight. I asked him if everything was good to go on the car and he said yes. I told him I would be there Friday morning when they open. I get there and the car was on the rack about a power steering fluid pump needing replacement but that the part was not in. Nevermind that I gave them a week to have this car ready to go. Rey never bothered to tell me the car wasn't ready and was not competent to stay on top of the car's readiness to make the sale. The readiness of the car continually got pushed back until 5pm and I could not get it to LexuTech for an inspection. Also, the bonehead dealer left the radio on while running it through the wash and bent the antenna so it wouldn't fully retract. Which he offered me their repair cost reduced off the price to get it fixed and didn't consider my time and effort to have it fixed IF I could even get it done at their price. I told him that I would have to get an inspection done prior to purchase. I didn't see the vehicle on the rack at the shop that afternoon prior to them allowing my test drive so it makes me think they stalled my test drive until it was too late to get it inspected by Lexutech that day and have to wait over the weekend until Monday. Not only did they intentionally sabotage my attempt at getting an inspection done and only offer cost for a part they broke, but they insulted my excellent credit rating by offering an 11% interest loan along with BS fees. Screw these guys. They're either incompetent morons or liars. They don't care about your satisfaction. I also got berated for "wasting their time and effort" after I counteroffered 10% off their asking price with an inclusion to get the inspection done on Monday morning. Poor communication on their part was icing on the cake. You've been warned! No inspection, DO NOT BUY! More

Never Again This will be the very last time I do business with this service department/dealership. Background: My wife and I purchased our 2017 CR-V from Hugg This will be the very last time I do business with this service department/dealership. Background: My wife and I purchased our 2017 CR-V from Huggins in March of 2017. In March of 2018, our battery died. Our vehicle was towed to the service department, and we were given a new battery under warranty. Our service advisor was not able to give us a valid reason as to why our battery died less than one year into owning the vehicle. May 30, 2019: Our battery was dying again, as we were unable to start the vehicle. I attempted to call Kimmie Hamilton (who we’ve worked with before when our radio display was having issues that required MULTIPLE trips to resolve) to make arrangements to have our vehicle diagnosed. Kimmie never returned my voicemail that I left for him. I managed to start the vehicle and bring it to the service department later that morning. I was assigned Tyler Warren as my service advisor. I explained to him the vehicle’s history with the battery dying. He then proceeded to insult my intelligence by giving me this excuse—the cells in the battery are going bad because of the fluctuating Texas weather we’ve had lately. I have lived in Texas my entire life, and I have never had to replace a battery twice in less than two years of ownership because of the “Texas weather.” Our CR-V is parked in a covered garage when my wife brings it to work. It’s parked in an underground garage when I bring to my workplace. It’s parked in a garage when we’re at home. None of the other vehicles I have owned in Texas have ever had battery issues because of the weather. After my CR-V was diagnosed and tested, Tyler acknowledged that the battery was indeed draining, but could not give me a valid reason other than because of the "weather.” He offered to replace the battery again under warranty as a quick “band-aid” fix. I kept my composure and chose not to argue with Tyler, as I had already made up my mind I no longer want to do business with Huggins Honda. My wife and I have also decided we are no longer going to keep our 2017 CR-V. Our warranty will expire before the end of this year, and I refuse to pay out of pocket for a new battery every year because the service techs/advisors are too lazy to find the underlying issue. I have always shopped Honda because of their reliability and quality of service. Sadly, I am finding out that Honda is not what it used to be. More
