Used car sales great Service not so much Bought a 2015 Kia optima from Huggins Used car sales were good no issues .The car fax said car had been serviced oil changed ect after I purchased Bought a 2015 Kia optima from Huggins Used car sales were good no issues .The car fax said car had been serviced oil changed ect after I purchased the car and took it home and started to learn more about the car I find the oil very very dirty and burnt this was not oil with less then 200 miles on it .I schedule a appointment so the can change the oil and redo the inspection .The car was returned to me with a inspection report all items checked green when I get home I am going to do a spot check on the inspection report I was given 1st item I checked on list was cabin air filter was full of dirt and trash but was checked as green on Huggings inspection less the 4 miles ago how did this happen ??they must be skipping unpaid items wonder how many cars on on used car lot with same level of service my card had ??????? I spoke to Kelly Denham and he assured me that what was told to us wouldn't change once we got there. I was very skeptical but I figured I'd give them a shot and am I glad I did. The place looked amazing and their service was perfect. They also made us the EXACT same deal they had said they would make.
