The only internet sales manager that responded to my specific request with the "out the door price" so I knew exactly what dealer equipment was involved and total price. There was no need to shop around because Kelly was willing to trade out of state to find the color I wanted. Another dealer closer to me told me that color was not available in the region which I later found out was not true. There was no sales pitch of "extras" at closing so it was easy and done in no time. Kelly spent a lot of time going over how to operate the features and essentially did the initial set up for me so I would be comfortable on my fist drive! More

Since I only do this every 5 or 6 years I accept the fact that I'm I hate buying cars, so I go into the process with a bad attitude from the outset. Since I only do this every 5 or 6 years I accept the fact that I'm not as good at the game as the dealers are. So, I don't even play the game. I put it out there that I'm looking for a specific Make, Model, etc and I ask the dealers that call to give me their best out the door price for what I'm looking for. Huggins (and a couple others) did that for me. Several dealers would not do that. The price I was quoted by Huggins was the best one of all I received and they put it in writing. Their price beat the Truecar "great price" by quite a bit, so my wife and I got up on a Saturday morning and drove to Huggins. Our internet sales rep Romah did a great job making us comfortable and helping us through the process. There were no surprises and we got exactly the vehicle (model, color, etc) that we wanted and discussed over the phone. The whole process took less than 2 hours and was stress free. Did we get the absolute best price that we could have....who knows, but it was a very good price based on everything I've seen and it was such a smooth process that I would have paid more just for that. I have taken my car here since I purchased it here in 2011. An oil change, multi-point inspection and wash has generally taken 30-45 minutes in the past. Today however, it sat in the service bay for at least 20 minutes. I checked back periodically and when it was nearing an hour, I asked to have my car returned so I could leave for work. After speaking with the Service Manager, he assured me customers appreciate them taking their time and the attention to detail. "Our customers would rather us do it right and not rush". Today, the service department certainly didn't rush, except when it came time to drain the oil and replace the filter in 12 minutes flat. This was after I asked to have my car back (before any service was performed). In addition, no multi-point inspection was performed and car was not washed. The best part, I have my service history records signed and completed indicating that those services were in fact performed, yet the service invoice specifically states it was not complete. Everyone has a choice where they take their business. I am choosing not to give it to Huggins Honda any longer. More

Does a old 2005 Mustang fit the profile? It's raining in the car and I seriously think there is something wron with the breaks. I have taken it back to be worked and have asked over and over for paperwork showing what they've done but I'm only getting word of mouth and have yet to get a work order verifying. I am very unhappy on this decision. I am poor and struggling and gave them 1500 leaving other bills unpaid because I'm in need of, to get to work. It's raining today and my heart just dropped wondering what in the xxxx will I face on my way to this car today. More

I found a beautiful 2009 Honda Accord that is pristine and bought it sight unseen we had so much in Justin Walker's recommendation. He is a very honorable man, and we are so glad we did it. The car is absolutely beautiful. It's 7 years old, with 56,000 miles and looks like it's right off the showroom floor. I have a car that's only a few years old and this car looks newer than mine! Not a single scratch on it - I don't know if they repaired the dents on it or if the people never got a dent on it! Anyway, all I had to do at Huggins was fill out a few forms and write a check for it. What a very smooth transaction! I would definitely go to them the first time the next time I buy a Honda! More

The salesperson and sales manager responded fairly to competitive pricing information we were able to provide as well as to our need to have certain warranties included with our purchase. We felt that we got a very fair deal. A couple of weeks after purchase the van we noticed a star-crack in the windshield. Upon attempting to have it repaired, we learned that the damage was done before we purchased the vehicle and had already been repaired. Months later the damage spread to cover a third of the windshield. Although my insurance agent doubted that the dealer would do anything about it since glass damage was not covered by the warranty, the dealership actually had the window replaced, and split the cost with me. A brand new windshield only cost me $150, replacement labor included. I call that standing behind what you sell. Thanks Gus! More
