Had the car 3 weeks! Promised a loaner when I went back THE NEXT DAY. And no one knew why we were there,,,, license plate was there,, but they had to find it because it was checked out. Now they have my car,,, they can't recreate the error. really? I thought it needed an update???? Liars!! Then they said my phone was not compatible!! The I5,, good thing I have the 4. Now what is the excuse for the phone not working. And the radio???? OMG. More

They Lie to Get You In the Door I'm looking for a used car and I found one on their website that I liked. I didn't want to drive 45 minutes only to find out that they already sold th I'm looking for a used car and I found one on their website that I liked. I didn't want to drive 45 minutes only to find out that they already sold the car, so I called them and asked if the car was still available. They said YES! Come in and ask for Randy and he'll take care of you. I got a phone call from Randy literally 2 minutes before we showed up where he left a message where he said "...you might have some interest in a Jeep Patriot that we have..." I have the voicemail recording and this is a direct quote. So we walk in the door and ask for Randy. After making us sit for a few minutes for who knows why, he comes back and tells me that the Jeep sold last night. LAST NIGHT. Whoever I talked to on the phone either outright lied to me, or just didn't care enough to check. Then Randy called and left me a voicemail almost an hour later without any mention of the vehicle being sold. In fact, he specifically said "...a Jeep Patriot that we have..." Not had (past tense). Have (present tense). I know dealerships intentionally leave cars posted online after they've been sold because it lures people into the dealership where they might be able to sell them a different vehicle. But for me to call and ask about the availability of a specific car and be lied to is completely unacceptable. I wasted almost 2 hours of my day thanks to these people. Let's face it; if you can't trust a car dealership with something as simple as which cars they have for sale, how can you trust them on anything else? I didn't rate them on Quality of Work or Price because I never got that far. After I realized the very first communication I had with them was dishonest, I walked right out and left. More

I always have a great experience when visiting this dealership. From the service area to the sales staff, everyone is top notch. One guy in particular knows what customer service is all about. I'm a busy mom and cant find time to make it to the dealership sometimes. Stephen helps me out by picking up my car and dropping it off the same day on numerous occasions. Huggins Honda are professionals at false advertising. They stand by absolutely nothing they advertise. They post cars for sale on their website at a certain price. You go there to look at them only to They stand by absolutely nothing they advertise. They post cars for sale on their website at a certain price. You go there to look at them only to find out the price on the internet was only to "get people in the door". They actually say this to you out loud and proud! Those prices are false and waaaaayyyy below what they are actually willing to negotiate with. They also send out ads via email and regular mail advertising they will buy your car trade in at top dollar - specifically saying they go $2k above any auto trader quote. They actually go $2k BELOW auto trader quote. I honestly can't believe they are legally able to get away with so much consumer deceit and misleading advertising. It should be a crime. The sales people blatantly lie to your face and are completely untrustworthy and proud of it. Sad. More

In sales, Jackie Schmidt and Tim Williams are both a class act and I really enjoyed working with both of them. Jackie had the patience of a saint while I test drove several vehicles and almost got c class act and I really enjoyed working with both of them. Jackie had the patience of a saint while I test drove several vehicles and almost got cold feet several times during two separate visits. She was very attentive and personable despite my need to take my time and the many many hours she spent with me. I highly recommend her to anyone who appreciates non-pushy salespeople, and appreciates someone who truly listens to your wants/needs. Her calm demeanor and light-hearted personality kept me on track and at ease during the entire process. Thanks to Jackie I was able to get into a vehicle that met my needs and budget (not to mention far EXCEEDED my expectations!) She even personally touched up a few concern areas on the vehicle herself! Just awesome! Tim Williams is also extremely personable and kept me laughing and enjoying the process during my first visit. When I emailed the dealership after my first visit, he immediately followed up with me and kept in close contact with me throughout the week until I was able to return the following weekend. Unfortunately he was not able to close the deal with Jackie and I, but his thoughtfulness and laughter contributed to the great experience I had at Huggins. He was a blast to talk to! And I can't forget to mention Yvette Garza! She is fantastic at what she does in finance and was able to get me an outstanding deal with financing and kept my payments reasonable. I left knowing that my investment will be well covered with an extended warranty (the extended warranty paid for itself ten-fold with my prior vehicle). Everyone I encountered from sales, finance, to the nice gentleman in the service area (who helped remove my custom plates from my old car) were all extremely helpful and friendly. I look forward to the continued relationship with this dealer during the lifetime of my vehicle. Kudos to all of you!
