When I got to the dealership the person that assisted me created a new ticket not realizing that one had already been created causing a delay. The tech came to me after being at the shop for an hour and exp created a new ticket not realizing that one had already been created causing a delay. The tech came to me after being at the shop for an hour and explain to me that my second issue (the broken windshield visor) was going to cost me money and was not in warranty even though the first tech that helped me when I originally pulled in said it was a problem that happens with a lot of pilots and civics. This was after waiting over a year and a half to have my third row headrest fixed which is the whole reason I was at the shop. Not to mention I had taken my vehicle in 2 weeks prior for the headrest and was told they did not have the correct part as they thought they needed meaning that could have been replaced over a year and a half ago. I was then told that the part for my third row headrest would be in 3 days later and I would be called however nobody called me until I contacted Honda myself. Even after contacting Honda I had to call twice before I was ever given an answer as nobody called me after the first attempt. This does not include the three Honda text that I had attempted to work with regarding this headrest problem over the past year and a half and all three of them completely stopped communicating with me. I then approved for my windshield visor to be fixed and was told it would be just a few minutes however this few minutes turned into another 45 minutes. I was then told my vehicle was ready and would be out in 60 seconds. That's 60 seconds was closer to almost 15 minutes as I had three individuals come up to me and ask for my paperwork so they could get my vehicle. I then heard over the walkies that the text were looking for my keys to my vehicle. After they found the keys I was told they were vacuuming my vehicle which is what was taking so long only to find out they did not in fact vacuum my vehicle. More

On a sales effort, we had been approved already at another dealership, just wanted to tes your business. This dealership does not want my business. There was a 10k difference between what they shows me and what I got it. Didn’t want my business. Recently, I had an alarm I needed shut off, which would be done during a diagnostic run, but offering $4k in fixes was literally a middle finger to what I went there to get. Didn’t want my business.
