It's excellent! I've gone there several times with questions I bought at another Honda dealership. That one is too far away to drive to for the different questions I I've gone there several times with questions I bought at another Honda dealership. That one is too far away to drive to for the different questions I have had on how to operate different things in this car. I do not understand the book the other place gave to me to understand everything so I have stopped at Norm Reeves dealership for help. There was another time things lit up on my dash that made me worry so I stopped by Norm Reeves service so they could put my mind at ease which they did. I've decided for any service or other things I will go to Norm Reeves and not Honda of Fort Fort Worth. The next time I need to buy a car, I will go to Norm Reeves. That's how happy I am with them.
