My experience was pleasant with this Hyundai Superstore. Originally was there to see Scott Kim but transferred over to another person. Michael Monji (Internet Sales) was a great salesperson who has been there for over 5 yrs. We had great stories to share about our immigrant families while we waited and "bonded." Took time and care all the way until the end. Replaced my license frame unto the new car, explained features on how to use. Set up the preferences that I had on my old car to match the new. Took a little over 3 hrs for the whole process but it sure went by fast like when you are at a casino...just not winning any money...maybe some dealer discounts. haha! Nicole the finance person was nice and pleasant as well! There are some things I wanted more explanation (which I had forgotten to ask at the time) of which was different from my experience with Puente Hills Hyundai who explained several things but it was a lease previously and this time a new purcahse, but I was able to ask for them in email after. More
Bought ionic 5 in 2023 new. 6times had battery problems.jump start every time.took to dealer it’s a run around.paid for new battery in January and last week had same problem.I dr 6times had battery problems.jump start every time.took to dealer it’s a run around.paid for new battery in January and last week had same problem.I drive Lyft and every time get a customer had to jump start.last week I sent to the dealer on tow truck and they said it’s battery died again.hope the GM reads this note and check with his service department might be some action needed.even complained to Hyundai factory no response.Very sad first time bought Hyundai never recommend anyone to buy. The entire process was a hassle from the moment I stepped in the store despite having done everything else online. Moved from office to office to go over the same 'warranties' and 'offers' repeatedly. After in the store despite having done everything else online. I complete the interview but the dealership doesn't stop there, Cesar from Finance starts contacting relatives that were listed on my finance application about it, despite me having completed everything. Serious mishandling of data and poor internal process control at Hyundai. A one and done deal for me and Hyundai. More

Ask for Mike De Leon! Best salesperson and not pushy at all. He listens and you can tell that he genuinely wants to do all he can to help you out. We have leased multiple Best salesperson and not pushy at all. He listens and you can tell that he genuinely wants to do all he can to help you out. Between Mike, the staff in finance, and the general sales manager, Javed, we were able to get our car super quick without any haggling or pushy upsells. They explain the additional packages, give logical opinions, and then respect your answers. We will continue to go to Mike. More
