As soon as I walked in the door it was complete professionalism…it was the 3rd dealer that I had visited that day and I was tired and over all the back and forth negotiations. We were welcomed by Jalil Bashir and let me tell you he was amazing to work with, made the process super simple had me test driving a car within 10mins of meeting, no giving me the run around, but truly listened to my needs and was honest through and through. So glad we ran into Jalil first because he made ALL the difference in our car leasing experience..we were there for no more than 3hrs and already finished the deal from beginning to end. Jalil was such a pleasure to work with and went the extra mile to even include roof racks in my deal( they weren’t on the car & would be installed at a later date) and even took the time to explain every setting on my new 2023 Tucson and it was so helpful since it had a lot of newer tech, Thank you Jalil! Even finance was a breeze, shout-out to Mike Lott the finance manager who made the process a breeze! My over all experience at Norm Reeves Hyundai was 10/10! More

Week oiled machine! This was my first visit to the service department even though I purchased my car here. It is about 30 minutes further away than my local dealer. From arrival to departure I was treated with respect. All staff were friendly and engaging. My service writer Paul P. was a great communicator. I had a good idea of what my car needed done and Paul did not try to add any services or upsell anything. Each step of the process I was notified via text and provided the option to approve additional work. In my case a couple of filters. I expected to camp out in the waiting area all day because my previous dealer often took a day or two for warranty maintenance. I was over the moon happy that my visit was under 2.5 hours. Brought my Ioniq 5 for 6000 mile service. I’ve never been there for service before and drove in the wrong way. They had a few people at the podium at service to check in my car at my schedule I’ve never been there for service before and drove in the wrong way. They had a few people at the podium at service to check in my car at my scheduled appointment time. I liked the fact they sent me a text to let me know the service they had plan to complete and approximate time of completion. The text also had a video of the outside of the vehicle to indicate any damages/ no damages so there are no issues later. 15 min after the promised time I ended up back at the service area and inquired about the vehicle as no one had came to get me even though the vehicle was complete (from what the person who checked me in mentioned that they would come get me) I did ask a few questions about the vehicle and Justin L answered all my questions and even came out to my car to help me set the computer screen for the items I had questions about. There is a recall on the vehicle that they noted during my service and they have the part on order. I have to say Norm Reeves Hyundai was well organized and service person was very patient and thorough. They also offered me a complimentary wash certificate for a place nearby after the service. More
