What they didn't tell Cars.com Specifically, I responded to an ad for a Hyundai Ioniq 5, SEL, AWD model for $52,765. That is the MSRP of this car. What they didn't tell me is that I cannot buy that car for that amount; they also had a mandatory "dealer pack" (which I could not opt out of) which costs $3,962 on top of the advertised $52765. Well, I found a way to opt out of it - I didn't buy the car! But I won't be buying any car from Norm Reeves because of their deceptive advertising practices. More
