Purchased our 2020 Palisade here in Oct ‘19. Also paid to extend maintenance program. I took the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also informed Moe (the service writer) I had instal Also paid to extend maintenance program. I took the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also informed Moe (the service writer) I had installed a permanent K&N air filter. When the service was completed I was given the invoice which indicated I needed an air filter, and that tires were all filled to to recommended 36 psi. I checked the air pressure as I was leaving the dealership, using the onboard computer. It indicated that the tire pressure was different in each tire and none were inflated to the 36 psi as indicated on the paperwork. It made me question whether the work I came in for was actually done! More
