I wanted to give a big shout out to the team here at Norm reeves but specifically wanted to say thank you to Kevin, Who helped us through the entire process, Tannaz, who welcomed us so warmly, and Nicol Norm reeves but specifically wanted to say thank you to Kevin, Who helped us through the entire process, Tannaz, who welcomed us so warmly, and Nicole for getting us through the finance process quickly! My wife and i came here Thursday the 28th on a whim both because i was interested in a kona and just to get a feel for the dealership. Tannaz came out and greeted us and really helped us feel welcome and went over the kona with us. We actually had to get to a movie so we left with Tannaz's card. Honestly i felt so good about the people there that we finished the movie and went right back. Tannaz was quick to point us towards Kevin as she was busy with another customer but Kevin did not disappoint. He helped us look over the different models of Kona and even let us testdrive the 2 i was most on the fence about. I wanted to get a Kona Nline cause they are awesome and very well powered but decided a SEL model was perfect for my everyday needs. From there Kevin walked us through the process and then the team got us an awesome trade in value for my car (was able to put the remaining balance TOWARDS the new car as i owed less then how much they were willing to buy it for!) Nicole then took over and got us through the finance process quickly and clearly. All of them were friendly and easy to talk to and ask questions. This is my second time car shopping but the difference was immediately notable. Thank you Kevin, Nicole, and Tannaz! I know i wont be buying a new car at least for a few long years but if i do, i know ill be coming back here! I highly recommend this team! More

I came in to test-drive a used car, and I had every intention of going to another dealership afterward to compare models and deals (I had already confirmed the appointment at the next dealer). But Angel (my sales guy) and Javeed (the used car sales manager) and Mike (the finance guy) made it impossible for me to walk away from the car I test-drove at Norm Reeves Hyundai. Angel was so patient with me as I asked a bunch of questions about the car and its history report. I was actually torn between two different cars that we drove (a VW and a Subaru), and he helped me compare all the pros and cons of each. He even pulled up a great review on YouTube so I could make the most informed decision. Then Javeed was absolutely incredible. I was ready to leave three separate times because I was convinced I just HAD to compare numbers from the second dealership. But after the third time I was getting up to leave, Javeed made me a bottom line offer that I just couldn't pass up. So I took the deal and felt great about it. But things still got BETTER after that! When I sat down with Mike to sign all of the papers, he walked me through the details of an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty (48 months/50,000 miles). Initially, I was gonna decline. And while he was super low-pressure about it, Mike just made sure I was clear on all the benefits of the added coverage since the car would eventually be passed on to my daughter (which showed that he was listening when I talked about why I was looking for this car). When I started to reconsider the warranty, he offered to include it for less than the original quote. That sold me, and at that point I felt GREAT about my purchase. The peace of mind that comes with four extra years of coverage just can't be overstated. All in all, this was one of the best car-buying experiences of my life. These guys have definitely earned a repeat customer, and I'll be telling all my friends to buy their next car here! More
