Hey, I want everyone know how well Tannaz Jalisood and Javed Rasheed treated me with my purchase of an Ioniq 5 last weekend. First, I want to say that I could not be happier with any car as I'm with the Javed Rasheed treated me with my purchase of an Ioniq 5 last weekend. First, I want to say that I could not be happier with any car as I'm with the Ioniq 5; as I could write a review of just the car itself. But back to point. I would have not made my purchase without the diligent work from both Tannaz and Javed. I have been working with 6 local Hyundai dealers to acquire the new Ioniq 5. This car is in short supply with very high demand. I visited the dealer online to first inquire about the car. Tannaz was very quick to get back to me with all of the information that I needed. We set up an appointment to test drive the car. I must say that after the test drive that I was completely blown away on what a great auto the Ioniq 5 is. Tannaz was quick to pick up on my excitement. Unfortunately, the variant that I wanted was not available, and in very short supply in the U.S.. I left the dealer knowing this was the perfect car for me, but also knowing that the car I wanted was impossible to find. That's were Tannaz came through. She reminds me of the law firm that advertises on the television. "We will fight for you" is their slogan, and Tannaz does just that. Within a week she was able to find the model I so wanted. This woman is like no other salesperson that I've come across. She is like a "force of nature", because I know she had to work very hard to find the car for me. After Tannaz found the car, she had to work with Javed to get an excellent deal. I must say that Javed has a very large heart. He didn't have to give me a great deal since so many people wanted this car, but he did. Mr. Rasheed does his job with compassion and he actually cares about the business' customers rather than just treat them as numbers. Once Tannaz got "the deal" from Javed, she called me with the news. Yes, the deal was above MSRP, but when you are dealing with a car that has the dealer invoice listed the same as the MSRP, you can't expect a pre-pandemic type of deal. I raced to the dealer at warp speed and wrote up the paperwork with Tannaz. I just want to say that Norm Reeves Hyundai superstore is not the closest dealer to where I live, but having people like Tannaz and Javed on staff definitely makes the drive worth it. Sure, check around where ever you want, but make sure you also check with Tannaz. She's a machine, and does not beat around the bush. She will get you the car you are looking for at an outstanding price. I have never seen anyone work so hard for my business; especially in a "sellers market".
