We were sent to Norm Reeves Hyundai Superstore using the Costco Auto Program. The very same evening I submitted my info I was contacted by Kevin Nguyen. We communicated back and forth through email so he could make sure to find what we were looking for. We arranged to come to the lot the next evening. Turns out it was his day off but he came in anyways. We were able to test drive the car we thought we wanted but also decided to check out something else. We looked around at several others. He quickly set us up for another test drive. Got us the info on pricing and showed us the perfect car. then stayed around while we completed the entire process. We had to return the next day to pick up - again on a day off Kevin was there to make sure we got our car all washed up and ready to go. A few days later I called the dealership to check on something. The next day Kevin called me directly, said he'd learned that I called and wanted to follow up to make sure everything was ok and how could he help. Kevin was super attentive, super helpful and an all around nice guy. Financing process also went very smoothly. They were busy so we had to wait a little while get that going but once we did all good and easy. More
