I took my 2021 Palisade in for an oil change while I was in the area visiting family. I was able to schedule an appointment pretty quickly after I called. I went in fully expecting to pay for this oil change since it was well before the service interval for the Hyundai complimentary maintenance, but Cheyne the service advisor went out of his way to contact the dealership where I bought my car to try and get me a freebie that I had arranged when I bought the car. When that didn't work (and I wasn't expecting it to) he gave me a small discount for the time I waited while he was on hold with the selling dealership. I'll most likely be back if I need an oil change while I'm in the area again. More

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change only. I only had 18k miles and it’s less than 36 months old. The service Advisor added an extra service (brake fluid change) that wasn’t necessary nor did I appro had 18k miles and it’s less than 36 months old. He didn’t even explain to my son who brought in the car for me why the brake fluid change was needed. I didn’t find out until my son came home with the car and the receipt for extra charges. I will no longer bring my car for service to this dealer. Dishonest service. Upselling for services not needed. More
