I called and visited so many car dealerships but hands down this location is the best one. They were very transparent with everything and so so so nice. I understand why they have so many repeat customers. Jonathan went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered and worked really hard to get me the best price. Vito thoroughly went through all my documents and made sure that I was not missing any promotions that they had. He also reached out to multiple dealerships to get me the color I wanted. He even came out to work just to wash and have my car ready for me when it was his day off. He then stayed to explain every features/details of the car. Trust me, I'm very picky when it comes down to buying a car and choosing a car dealer. One of the things that Vito said was "I want you to be happy". That's when you know you picked a good one. Not to mention, I purchased the car on Saturday afternoon; the busiest day of the week. The service was absolutely beyond my expectations! I definitely recommend Jonathan and Vito. More

The sales consultant, Khalid, was able to help us via e-mail and by phone before arriving to the dealership what saved us lots of time. He answered all the questions we had and he gave us the best price for the car we wanted before going to the shop; when we arrived, we only needed to pick the color we liked better. Besides being very knowledgeable, Khalid made us feel listened and respected during the entire process of buying a new 2020 Kona SEL. Did I mention that Khalid speaks fluently 4 languages including Spanish and Farsi and that he followed up with me the next morning just in case I had any questions about my new car? I give Norm Reeves and Khalid Bashir 5 stars, something I don’t usually do. More
Took my 2016 Hyundai Accent for an engine cooling system flush on Saturday 6/27/2020. I had to take the car back because they did not add enough coolant. But they took care of it right away. I would only trust Hyundai to work on my car. Mario Valdivia took initiative to see that my car got all service done. I was actually convinced that I would not resign with Hyundai again due to some complications with my previous lease. I could not get the right support with the service department. But coming in to see Vito, I felt heard and understood. Vito fought to get me the best deal in my new lease and educated me about new services available to me as a client. For me, it's kinda like pulling teeth when I think about buying a new car. Vito cuts the chase, is honest and listens to customer budgets. There is no back and forth.
