Vito Beato is the perfect salesman - the complete opposite of all the slimy salesmen out there. He is respectful, fair, patient, appreciative and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he’s a good person who cares about doing a great job and providing a positive experience for his customers. I test drove the vehicle (Elantra GT) at 4 different dealerships and Vito was the only one who explained all the features, changes from the previous version and technology of the car. Only one. If you are looking to lease or buy a Hyundai, go to Norm Reeves. I researched over 10 Hyundai dealerships in Southern California and Norm Reeves was the best one when it came to fair pricing, zero extras (unlike Cardinaleway and Glendale which charges an extra 2k for nitrogen filled tires), full gap insurance covered on all their cars, and a great inventory of cars! I don’t live near Cerritos, but the 1 hour drive was 100% worth it! We negotiated a price over the phone and Vito shared their pricing over email, including the money factor. When I went in, he quickly and smoothly completed all the forms for me. Speaking with finance was lovely (no upselling there either) and the car was cleaned and filled with gas before I was done. After Vito made his sale, he still sat down with me for 30 minutes to go over every single feature of the car and set up all my settings for me. His patience and knowledge is what will bring me back.
