Before I settled with Norm Reeves Hyundai, I was talking to multiple dealerships and I can confidentially say Vito was the only one who thoroughly answered all of my questions and provided detailed quotes with breakdown and of course, offered the most competitive deal. He worked to get most of the paperwork ready (at my request) which really minimized the amount of time spent there. I returned my lease, signed all the paperwork, inspected vehicle, and drove off in my new car all within 50 minutes! Kevin from Finance also was so easy to work with and made the finance piece a breeze. I highly recommend Vito and Norm Reeves Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The inventory was three used cars and no new ones. Such a waste of my time. No inventory at this location and the sales people were completely unhelpful. More

I was nervous about going to a dealership because of the all scary myths you hear, but Vito helped us so much. I had my own financing option, but he was eager to help with anything that I needed. He was reasonable and made us feel comfortable about our purchase. He was a basketball fan too, that's a plus! Another gentleman named Alexis Pastrana also helped us with the purchase. He took me on a test drive of the 2015 Hyundai Accent, and answered all the questions I had about the car. He was kind and easy going, and an awesome right hand to Vito!
