When we decided to purchase a Tucson, it was no different. We called about 5 dealers and several brokers and narrowed it down to Norm Reeves and another dealer. Long story short, the other dealer tried to bait and switch with their payment, conveniently leaving out the $2k dealer options that was added and cannot be removed. With Norm Reeves, my sales person was Vito, the guy is very polite, straightforward and follows up. Not only Norm Reeves beat the price of the other dealer, They are very transparent and they explained every little detail so there isn't any surprises.
