Nightmare Experience with this Place Was sold a new car with problems and am being ignored by: Ryan Quismorio, Saeid Nouri, and David Rosas. Sent my complaint to BBB, and posted bad revi Was sold a new car with problems and am being ignored by: Ryan Quismorio, Saeid Nouri, and David Rosas. Sent my complaint to BBB, and posted bad reviews on Twitter and Facebook. Ryan has rudely ignored my messages even after I had told him that I would be going on social media to complain about him. I have also tried to reach out to David Rosas, the manager, and left two messages. He . never returned my call. I even mentioned in the message I left him of how hurt and frustrated I was that I was being ignored for a defective car THEY sold me and he still didn't call me back. It feels like they slapped me in the face. I am left feeling helpless and frustrated. The following are issues Im having with my car: scraping sound on breaks, rattling sound on accelerator, rattling sound behind the steering wheel, noised on top of windshield, radio not working properly, and DMV threatening to suspend my registration for a car I traded in to THEM. They took the first couple of calls when my car first started having issues, but their terms of compensation were an insult. I am driving a new car that is supposed to give me piece of mind, but instead, left me with a huge headache and a nightmare of customer service experience. I don't undertand it. I don't believe in treating any customer like this. THEY are the ones who sold me this car and should take care of my problem. I am deeply disappointed most in my salesperson, Ryan Quismorio, because he treated me so wonderful when I was trying to buy a car. But once I signed the contract and reported issues to him, I no longer existed to him...and then, his managers gave me the same insult. I will never buy a car from this location again, and when the time comes, I may decide never to buy a Hyundai again because they are representing the brand to the end customer. And if this is the way they treat customers, then I am going to another brand instead. My sister also bought a car from there about 3 weeks before I did, and she is watching my situation/outcome closely to decide if she will ever buy a Hyundai again. More

Amazing Experience I had a great experience from the time I pulled onto the lot until I left with a new car.
