I had a little problem with tire pressure but Sonu took care of it immediately, even arranging to have my car picked up at work and left a loaner for me. Communication was wonderful, the sales process as a whole was actually pleasant. I had been dreading it because I don't like buying new cars, but when your other car has been totaled...what are ya gonna do?! This is my second Hyundai, and the seventh in the family.
