At Norm Reeves Hyundai the salesman was straight forward with me, didn't try to pressure me into doing anything, and he seemed like an all around good guy. What really surprised me was he told me about the discounts that were available to me before I asked. When his final numbers regarding monthly payment were higher than what I hoped, he asked me what range I was looking for then spoke to his manager and returned with a solution that helped my budget. Then the manager came out and shook my hand and thanked me for choosing Norm Reeves Hyundai and said if I needed anything to contact him. That was the first time I ever bought a car where I felt like my opinion mattered and I wasn't getting jerked around. More
