I have used the Hyundai website's build feature and calculated the lease payment. The offer was not even close! He hoped to take advantage of an uneducated customer? So if I was stupid I would have been totally ripped off and cheated? Wow! He acted like he never heard of the "build" and calculate features of the Hyundai website. His feigned ignorance made him look stupid. How can he not know the Hyundai website? I was ready to leave and purchase at another dealership. I told him he had 5 minutes to make a competitive offer or I would be gone. I wasn't hammering to get some super great deal...just something that matched expectations. He came back with a reasonable lease amount and we made a deal. Other than the old school car salesman gamesmanship, which was unfortunate, the experience was good and relatively fast. Guess the Car Salesman image dies hard. More

Best and easiest experience buying my first car!!!!! Being a first time car buyer I did not know what to expect. So many options, styles, packages, and colors to choose from can get overwhelming. From the moment i walked into Hyundai it was nothing but smooth sailing. I had the opportunity to work with Miguel (Manny) Vasquez who was nothing but welcoming and helpful. From the minute i shook his hand he treated me and my mother like we were his family. He was very personable, listened to what it is I was looking for, and made sure they had everything I wanted. The thing I liked the most about Manny is that he was not like your typical car salesman who is after the commission and your opinion and concerns do not matter. He does this to help those make the choice that is best suitable for them and their situation. Everyone knows car shopping can be a drag because that one car you want they do not have, but at this dealership that is not the case. The car I ended up wanting they did not have, and if it wasn't for Saeed and Manny calling every dealership with in a 200 mile radius I would have had to settle. After calling over 20 dealerships there was only one model left of the car I wanted, unfortunately it was located at their Bakersfield location. Saddened I thought it just wasn't meant to be, until, Saeed was able to make something happen and Manny with out any hesitation turned to me and said "I will personally drive out there to pick up this car and drive it back so that you can have the car you want," and he did. The way Manny went out of his way to go above and beyond for a customer he has only known for a few hours is remarkable. Because of his generosity, and his kindness he has not only gained my trust, and my families trust, but he has gained our business. I cannot be more pleased with the car i received, but more so the hospitality that was given. If you are looking into getting a new car i would GREATLY recommend Norm Reeves Hyundai and ask for Manny Vasquez. More
