I was in the market for a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, and I contacted se A big thank you to Vito Beato for the best new car buying experience. EVER. I was in the market for a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, and I contacted several dealerships via email to get some quotes. Most of them were either unresponsive, or would play games with the price. Vito was the complete opposite. He was always available to answer my email/texts, and gave me a no-B.S. price quote. They originally had the vehicle I wanted in their lot, but it recently sold. Vito got in touch with other Hyundai dealerships within a 100 mile radius to locate another one. He was able to arrange a dealer transfer, and get the car I wanted transferred to their lot. The next day, I went to Norm Reeves Hyundai to meet Vito in person. He was very welcoming, helpful, and professional. He even took the extra time to explain every single feature of the car. You can tell that he really cares about his customers. A true professional. All the other staff were nice and friendly as well. Kevin Lee, the finance guy, even gave me some travel suggestions for South Korea. Overall, I was so pleased with my experience at this dealership that I wouldn't hesitate to come back here again when it's time to buy another car. I explained by unsatisfactory treatment at the other three dealerships and was assured by Sonu he would exceed my expectations.
