Great sales experience Just purchased a new 2017 Elantra from Norm Reeves Hyundai and Sonu Dhanani. Not being one that wants to hang out in a dealership all day, I used their online application from the website and emailed all the details. Had a great conversion going via email with Sonu and we arrived on a price commitment. I showed up at the dealership 30 minutes later, spent about an hour with the paperwork, finance and delivery. then I was out. Couldn't have asked for a better salesperson, Sonu was genuine and professional. Finance was quick and did not push anything unnecessary. Delivery went smoothly, all features were explained and Sonu helped me setup certain functions. All in all a great experience. More

The sales man who greeted us (Miguel Aleman) was not aggressive and let us choose what we were looking for in our family car at our own pace. This was in complete contrast to how were treated throughout the day at other dealerships in the Cerritos area. This easy going approach that allowed my wife and I to take our time in test driving and looking at cars is what eventually led to us deciding to purchase our new Elantra that day. Overall a great experience and looking forward to coming back in a few years to replace our other aging car. More
