Very professional towards me. He did not do any back-and-forth stuff (none of the "let me talk to my manager" kind of junk). We did work things out over e-mail and phone prior to me driving down, and he was very courteous and straight up with me. The 1+ hour traffic-filled drive to the dealer was worth it. Kevin Lee--finance guy--also straight up. He explained things well--none of the "sign here" and you go "what's that additional dollars?" He explained properly what I was about to sign before I even put pen to paper. My sister was with me, and she said "see? This is how it's supposed to be."
