I Love Norm Reeves Hyundai Truthfully, 5 stars aren't enough to rate the customer service. For 3 or 4 days I had been going back and forth via text with one of the associates, S Truthfully, 5 stars aren't enough to rate the customer service. For 3 or 4 days I had been going back and forth via text with one of the associates, Sonny. Sonny was attentive and persistent. But, most of all he knew how to work a great deal for me. I really wanted the 2016 Hyundai Genesis Sedan, and he made that happen!!! So, it literally took me more time to drive to Norm Reeves Hyundai than it did to close the deal on the spot. Although I had previously test drove the Genesis; which I love and would recommend if you like class, luxury and speed, Sonny suggested I take it for a drive and inspect it. Anyhow, he worked with my offer, and made me a sweet deal I couldn't turn down (although it took me 3 or 4 days to say yes). So, after signing my new lease, Sonny offered me a complimentary oil change for my next visit, then brought me out two red roses to say thank you for my business, then brought me out a key chain in a box, then a recyclable bag (you can never have too many of those). The finance guy, Kyle, was efficient and quick, and I signed all of my paperwork in about 7 minutes. I would definitely recommend paying this store a visit on your next purchase. I thought that I had great service before when purchasing my last least, but the service at Norm Reeves Hyundai superceded my expectations. More

Great experience!! I pulled in to Hyundai parking lot today driving my Lexus GS 350 just to check out the Genesis. This guy Frank Martins greeted me with a smile. He introduced me to his buddy Jay "Junaid Saleem and offered me a test drive. Car is unbelievable, lots of features and affordable price for a luxury vehicle. We sat down and came up with a good deal of course with the help of Saeed Naderi (Manager). It was a great experience dealing with these guys. I never felt any pressure whatsoever. Very genuine people and they made me feel at home. I highly recommend these guys If you'll ever set foot to Hyundai Cerritos. Look for these guys and they will take care of you including their finance manager Gerardo Dorantes was very helpful. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. I am very pleased with my new car and the experience I had at Norm Reeves Hyundai Cerritos! I traded in my Nissan Versa 2013, because it required a lot of maintenance. It was either pay +2k on maintenance and keep driving a car I did not like... or get a new car! Nissan was charging me 11% APR, the warranty was basically done, all four tires had to be changed (they did not provide me new tires when I first bought the car), and my brakes were getting really bad. When I bought the car, they did not let me choose the car either. They just showed me ONE car and said "this is the only car you qualify for" (Sonny said that did not make sense). And I hate the color white, but I just bought it, because it was the only car they said I would qualify for anywhere. I was paying $370 per month for the Nissan for THREE years, and I still owe 13K on that car! Sonny explained to me that the THREE years that I have been paying it off, I was basically paying off the interest and it was not even going towards the car. I honestly would not have understood any of those information if it was not for Sonny. All of my friends and family were telling it the pros were better if I was to get a new car. I was recommended to go to Sonny by my sister, uncle, cousin, and boyfriend's cousin! They all got cars through him! After he worked his magic, my APR went down to 5% and I am paying the SAME AMOUNT every month for a BRAND NEW CAR. A car that I wanted too! My favorite color, black! I am now the proud owner of a black 2016 Hyundai Elantra!! Basically, if you're looking for a new Hyundai and you live anywhere within a couple hour drive of Norm Reeves in Cerritos, then you'd be a fool to not at least give Sonny a call to see what he can do for you. More

After twelve years with my Camry I was finally ready to get a new car, but I wasn't looking forward to the car buying experience of shopping around, negotiating and being tricked into paying for random things. I went through True Car and emailed with various Hyundai and Mazda dealerships. Working with Frank was by far the easiest. After doing some research and getting an idea for what a lease on a Elantra GT would be like at other dealerships I emailed Norm Reeves with a price lower than the other offers I received. Frank Martins contacted me quickly and without hesitation said he could make the numbers work but would get back to me after checking with his manager. A couple days later he confirmed we were good to go. He was very thorough, timely and professional in his communication. I never felt pressured. I was sure that they were going to find a way to sneak in some extra fees when I got to the dealership but everything worked out just like he said. I appreciate that he had the keys and cars with my exact request located for when I showed up at the dealership. It was a busy Saturday afternoon but he answered all of my questions and helped me link up my phone with the Bluetooth. And to top it off he gave me a couple long stem roses. Nice touch.
