Norm Reeves not only had the best price, but we negotied and settled on a price over the Internet and set up everything via phone. This was important as we lived 70 miles from the dealer and didn't want to drive all the way in just to be disappointed. After making the deal, the next morning we drove to the dealer ship, test drove the vehicle and then completed all the paper work. Frank Martin, or sales rep, had everything ready and we got through the entire process stress free and in a very timely manner. Everyone at the dealership was great and very professional. This was the best car buying experience we have had and we have bought a lot of cars over the years and delt with a lot of pressure sales dealerships... I came in looking for an option to do away with my excessive BMW monthly payment. My wife was already a devoted customer, having purchased her current and previous cars here, so I wanted to give this dealership a try for myself. I was helped by Ricardo Romero, who walked me through my options and found the perfect car for me at a price I was happy with.
