After some physical therapy, I was still scared to drive again; but I NEEDED to get a new car. Salesperson Ryan Quismorio was very kind, patient, and helpful with me. I would recommend him, and even suggest asking for him if you need help with getting a new vehicle. I needed some extra time, because of my mobility difficulties. He let me take that time and sit in different vehicles, adjust the seat, and he even gave me the extra time I needed to help me learn how the media features work and what comes with the vehicle. He even let me drive slowly on some side streets. We noticed a dent, and some scratches before leaving the dealership, and I'm appreciative that they offered to comp the repairs. I was introduced to Fernando & Chris in the service department, and they were very nice and kind too; and very helpful with answering my questions. Kyle and Kevin were also very nice guys, helping me during the financial stages of purchase. Overall, Cerritos Hyundai has a very professional staff! I was in the market for a mid-sized sedan; and safety was VERY important to me. I'm pretty pleased with my new Sonata! :) I'm still pretty scared on the road, and get frightened when people make dangerous moves, and ask them not to do that please...But this is a pretty nice car to drive, and I'm thankful that I got it! It is important to me, because I still drive in the city Los Angeles, in which the handling of a car must react quickly to avoid possible injuries or accidents. The Genesis responds like it's an extension of myself. Your staff really knows this car and were prepared to answer all the questions asked. More
