Best place ever Let me start off by saying that this is the 5th car that I lease from this dealership. I dont know how they always manage to go above and beyond. Great guy. We wanted to look at a specific car so he went and found the car at another lot and brought it to us. while my wife changed our daughter Ax even put her car seat in the car for the test drive. Amazing right ? After the ride we discussed some numbers. The General Sales Manager Javed made me feel comfortable and even offered us beverages. He explained all the numbers and we said we wanted to think about it. NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES HERE !! My daughter was getting cranky so we had to leave. We came back sunday morning and spoke to Alex and Javed. They made me a deal I could not refuse. The Manager Saeed Naderi even took my daughter for Ice cream so we could complete the paper work. Gerardo Dorantes the Finance Manager had us in and out . Over all this has been one of the best buying experiences ive ever had. No other dealer has a sales team as attentive and friendly as Norm Reeves Hyundai. My sales rep Sonu Dhanani answered all my questions with kindness, sincerity and a fun sense of humor. He offered different options to lease and helped with my decision. Sonu made sure we were comfortable and checked in with us often while we waited for our new car to be washed. The finance/paperwork part was the fastest I've ever had. I definitely will recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More
