As a result of our research, we were already convinced that purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport was the best car on the market in terms of cost, value, and warranty. However, we were not really looking forward to having to deal with the stereo-typical car sales person. And then we met Vito at Norm Reeves Hyundai Super Store. This guy went above and beyond in every way to make this the best car buying experience ever. He was so patient in explaining how everything works on the car. He had a lot of energy that he channeled into our car-buying experience. He really made our experience fun. We went back after three weeks to purchase a retractable cover for the rear cargo area. Even though the deal was done and the car was paid for, Vito still treated us with the highest respect and gave us a good deal of his valuable time (time that he could have spent with other customers who were there shopping for cars). He spent yet another 30 minutes with us explaining in more detail on how the very versatile electronics work. He even personally hand-washed our car inside and out. My wife and I were very interested in the Lexus 350 RX. We found that there was no need to spend another $13,000.00 on the Lexus as the Santa Fe has more features at a much more reasonable price. And this car has a nicer, sportier look and a ride that is hard to beat. It is gorgeous inside and out. Vito Beato is the reason that we will go back to Norm Reeves Hyundai Super Store. More

He took care of me and got me in another lease (which is what I wanted). Sure there was a negotiation process, but in the end I felt like I received a deal that was fair and manageable for my needs. During the process Javed and Fred made me feel like they were looking for my best interests. I highly recommend anyone looking for a buy or lease to see Fred Deymeh and Javed Rasheed. Oh yeah, Kevin Lee made the signing of the contracts at the end seamless, I've had bad experiences with finance managers, and he was a pleasant surprise with his genuineness. I expected an uphill battle with them, but my experience was anything but. Every time I brought my car in, they were extra attentive & apologetic. When they kept the car for extended amount of time they provided me with rentals and constantly updated me during the process. In the end, I decided I did not feel safe taking the car back. Now this time I was sure they would be difficult with me but this was not the case at all. They were AMAZING. Seriously. Everyone was so attentive to me. From the sales manager, Mr. Rasheed, the TWO sales reps assisting me, Mr. Fuller & Mr. Beato, the financing dept and the service personnel. After leaving a voicemail with the sales manager, I was dead set on taking my business elsewhere. I received a call back from the sales manager Javed and had a good conversation with him where I expressed my concerns and he assured me he would handle the issue and invited me to come in and work with him. At this point, I was still planning on going elsewhere but at the last minute I decided to give Cerritos Hyundai a second chance, and I have extremely happy that I did. After walking in and briefly talking with Javed, due to him being with a customer, he introduced me to Vito and we went out into the lot to find my new car. Vito went above and beyond, answering all my mundane questions and showing me as many cars as I wanted to check out. After a couple of test drives, we settled on two cars and went into negotiations. I can say that this was the easiest negotiation I have ever had with a car. Yes, it took around an hour to get it done, but not once did I feel like Vito and his boss didn't have my best intentions at the forefront. When I felt like the deal was not going to happen, they made it happen. I am glad I took the chance on Cerritos Hyundai, and I now feel I have my go to dealer and sales rep for all my Hyundai needs.
