As I arrived I was greeted by Frank, who was awesome - his mellowness made me feel comfortable and he did not come off as the typical pushy car salesman. As he was showing me the Sonata, he had an appointment come in an hour early, so Frank had his colleague Manny help me out. Manny was just as great as Frank and was very knowledgeable about the Sonatas. Any question was answered effectively. As I informed Manny that I was just beginning my search, he was not pushy and applied no pressure. I told Manny that I would not be buying that day, but when I came back I"d gladly work with Manny or Frank. The day I ended up being able to make it was both Manny and Frank's day off and I actually worked with Vito Beato who was a dream of a car salesman. I ended up going with the Sonata Hybrid. Vito knew everything about the vehicle and his customer service was amazing. Overall my experience with the Cerritos Hyundai was a great one and I would recommend it to everyone. Working with 3 different salesmen who were all wonderful was a relief that I was not expecting when car shopping. I went to a few other dealerships and the vibe was not even close to how great it was at Hyundai. Thanks!!!!!! More
