I contacted a representative from the Cerritos location and I immediately got a response back. They were very helpful and within the week I stopped by in the location to fill out paperwork. I was immediately greeted and helped out. Everyone was friendly and everything went smoothly (they knew I didn't want to be there for long; they were efficient without being pushy). They would always make sure I fully understood everything and would also remind me that anything I wasn't sure about, I could always email or call them later whenever.
