Everyone, go here! You really don't need to go anywhere else. I've been looking for a new car and so I started shopping around online. I contacted a representative from the Cerritos location and I immediately got a response back. They were very helpful and within the week I stopped by in the location to fill out paperwork. I was immediately greeted and helped out. Everyone was friendly and everything went smoothly (they knew I didn't want to be there for long; they were efficient without being pushy). They would always make sure I fully understood everything and would also remind me that anything I wasn't sure about, I could always email or call them later whenever. They will definitely see me again when I'm car shopping with someone else or myself! More

Amazing Experience I had an amazing experience at this dealership. I originally went to Hardin Hyundai in Anaheim and they had really poor service and Managers, but the I had an amazing experience at this dealership. I originally went to Hardin Hyundai in Anaheim and they had really poor service and Managers, but the experience I had at Cerritos Hyundai was the best. The dealer who helped me out went out of his way to get the car I wanted. He even came in on his day of to pick the car up for me so I can get it that same day. This dealership is just amazing. I am definitely recommending everyone to this dealership. No complaints what so ever. I would give them 10 stars if I could give it that many! More

No hidden fees We went to a few dealer ships including the Kia dealership in Cerritos but were do turned off by the ridiculous fees and catches that we walked away. I am the biggest skeptic when it comes to believing that buying a car can be a positive experience, but Jose at Cerritos Hyundai proves that it can be I am the biggest skeptic when it comes to believing that buying a car can be a positive experience, but Jose at Cerritos Hyundai proves that it can be that and much more. Jose was professional from the moment I called him on the phone and submitted my application online. I can't emphasize enough how much I dislike pushy car salesmen, and this weekend while comparing several cars, I had several. All but Jose were pushing me to make a decision and tried desperately for me to make a hasty decision. Not JOSE! He answered all my questions and encouraged me to take my time as I embarked in my new lease. Any person that pushes you to not shop around for such a major purchase is someone I can't trust. I am beyond happy with my new Elantra. Jose took the time to explain all the features in my car and even cleaned some spots with his tie! I could tell he cared about my car buying experience. I left feeling like I bought a car from the best car dealership in all of Cerritos. Jose made a life time customer out of me.
