Manny was Great!!! I went with my wife thinking we knew what we wanted, but during the process (which took a week and a half), i changed my mind. During this time, i had submitted a request through true car and got no less than 50 calls from other dealerships, as well as annoying emails. Cerritos Hyundai means it when they say they wont pressure and harass you, which was important to me. Manny was always concerned with getting us what we wanted, not just making a sale. More

Amazing! I was looking to buy a new care for the first time and checked out Hyundai. Guadalupe Chavarria/Sonny Nguyen really made my first time a great one! Both of them are very approachable, friendly, and professional. I got a 2014 Accent for a very good deal. But one thing that impresses me is their effort to make the experience of getting a car very exceptional even though it was late at night, the time I got there. Guadalupe is a very hardworking, patient salesperson which I think is an asset for the dealership - being able to maintain a positive attitude, good composure even it was really late at night given that he has to go to work early the next day. I wasn't able to pick up my car for insurance reasons but when I picked it up the next day they it was all clean. Amazing service! More

Ricardo Romero was excellent with his knowledge of the car we were interested in. Everyone was helpful and friendly. When making the deal we were also helped out by Saeed. We really appreciate their patience. When we were getting to sign and close the deal, we changed our minds! Yet, they stayed calm and understood it was a big decision for us. We asked to see a car with a bigger package and there for more expensive. We were able to do that because the first deal was so good that we decided to upgrade. Thanks to Javed Rashee. He made it possible for us to get the deal we wanted for the upgraded car we chose. We will definitely be back. More
