We heard things about how some salespeople can be "manipulative", and, frankly, we were a bit scared. My aunt and uncle accompanied us (they have bought many cars) but we were still somewhat intimidated. Our first stop was at Cerritos Hyundai. We were greeted by Manuel who didn't seem very intimidating and he showed us a couple of cars. Both my mother and I fell in love with the Elantra, but instead of trying to push us to buy the car, Manuel told us to visit the other dealerships to make sure the car was exactly what we were looking for. We took his advice and went to KIA, and Mazda. We were impressed with the cars but the salespeople were trying to rush us into a decision and frankly we liked the Elantra more than we did the other cars. So we returned with Manuel and decided to go for the Elantra. He took us to look for the exact model/color we wanted and we went back to the offices to start the paperwork. I thought we would be sitting in the office for hours, but Manuel worked quickly and, in a total of about 1 hour, the paperwork had been finished, we had bargained a little with the Sales Manager to get a really great deal, and we had a new car. We were very surprised by how quick things got sorted out. We also liked that Manuel involved us (specifically me) in the whole process of getting the car from the lot, filling her up, and taking the car to be washed. It was an amazing first experience, and I learned quite a lot! If you are looking to buy a new car you should DEFINETELY check out Cerritos Hyundai, and ask for Manuel. He will show you all the great cars they have and he'll hook you up with a great deal on whichever car you like. I promise that the only problem you WILL have is choosing what color you want your new Hyundai to be. More

Through his explanation we were able to select the Sonata which we thought would be the best fit for me. Frank took us on a test drive and thoroughly explained all the amenities within the vehicle, and definitely made me fall in love with the car.I was very happy with his service. He took the time to make sure I understood how everything worked, what every symbol meant, and how to work blue link. From get go saw me walking around and asked if I need help in a very friendly and polite manner and took care of me. Made sure from start to finish I was taken care of...from getting me a bottle of water to making sure I got food from the bbq guy outside. We talked music on the test drive and were both into the same type of music so conversation flowed smoothly had a couple of great laughs about our wives and what not. Overall made me feel very welcomed there and I appreciated that. Dealt with some salesmen in the past and they was just so pushy to get a sales but Jorge answered ever single question I had and made my visit enjoyable. Would recommend this dealership amd ita services to anyone. More
