I had an amazing experience at Cerritos Hyundai. I often get an uneasy feeling when shopping for cars because I can sense when a dealer is trying to take advantage of me. I felt really uneasy across the street at Cerritos Nissan. At Cerritos Nissan, I tried to look at cheaper cars but they were trying to talk me out of it and sell me a Maxima. As a consumer, I look at every angle and would like to see more than just the top of the line cars. I left Nissan because they were too insistent on selling me a vehicle that wasn’t a reflection of my personality. At Cerritos Hyundai, I could tell that the individual who helped me wasn't just trying to sell me a car; he was trying to satisfy my needs as a customer. I ended up purchasing the Hyundai Sonata Limited Hybrid and cannot be any happier with it. It has all the bells and whistles that I wanted, for a very reasonable price. I’d like to give a special thanks to Vito Beato who took the extra time and effort to show me everything that the Sonata had to offer. If anyone is in the market to buy a car, ask for Vito. I don’t give my endorsements out often, but I was very impressed by his level of professionalism, work ethic, and ability to see beyond just closing a deal. Thank you Cerritos Hyundai!!! More

My husband and I were shopping around for a new car. Our second stop was at this dealer and we never left. Manny (sales rep) approached us and asked us if we needed help. He showed us a few cars until I fell in love with this particular car. We decided to go inside to get a quote and after a little negotiation, we bought the perfect car. Customer service was great from all the employees there. They offered us water and coffee. Manny even gave us his personal cell phone number so we can call with any questions or concerns. My whole experience was great and I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Oh, did I mention I love my car?!!! More

Contacted these guys via the web about a lease on a new Veloster. Got a response from David Aguilar within a couple hours. Came in that day, David took me for a test drive, went over all the paperwork, made sure I was happy and took care of everything as quickly as a dealership can do it. I knew what I wanted and he was more than happy to help me out in getting the deal done. Very much the way I prefer to do business. Finance was easy to deal with, honest, everything I'd hope to be the case. Car was detailed, David wiped a tiny bit of glue residue off the window himself, and I drove out a few hours after I left. Love the car, had a good purchase experience. Done. More

The salespeople are topnotch and make the experience of buying a car a pleasure due to their heavy emphasis on customer satisfaction. Hyundai boasts a really cool line of vehicles so you could imagine they could move cars even if they didn't offer top level service, but they do and that takes them from being a good dealership to being the BEST one I have ever dealt with... My sales rep, Ron Heaton was totally professional, moved me quickly through the process and did everything in his power to make sure I was comfortable during the couple of hours I was there going through the process. I don't think I have ever gotten through it that fast and a great deal of the credit needs to be given to Ron. He is sincere and genuine as a sales rep and totally blows apart the age-old adage about car salesman being ingenuine, cheesy and hard-sell....This guy is the real deal and I will ask for him next time I am looking to buy another Hyundai AND I will recommend him to anyone else that I can.. The Finance Dept person (I think his name is Saaid?) was awesome...he did everything he could to meet me where I needed to be from a budget perspective and was courteous and friendly through the whole negotiation process. Very good rating to him as well. I am 50 years old and have been literally buying cars since I was 16 years old (okay, my parents helped out early on....) and that translates to well over a dozen vehicles at least and Cerritos Hyundai is the best dealership on every level that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
